Apartment 1 Eastside is located on the first floor of Villa Maija. The apartment has its own entrance via the glass veranda. The glass veranda’s windows overlooks the yard and Appelgrenvägen. The entire Villa Maija has been renovated during the last two years and the old rooms in Villa Maija have been renovated into luxury villa apartments.
The Eastside apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, private bathroom (toilet, shower, washing machine), bedroom, and glass veranda. The apartment has a double bed (160 cm, not possible to separate) in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and a single bed on the glass veranda.
The over 130-year-old Villa Maija offers accommodation in a historical atmosphere but with modern comforts. The villa has been lovingly cared for and modernized with respect for the old. In the summer of 2023, we will launch a new accommodation concept for Villa Maija. In the future, we will be open all year round.
Each apartment is slightly different, but they are united by a very high quality villa atmosphere. Villa Maija’s apartments are spacious and each apartment can use the shared terrace. In the future, the terrace will be for private use only by those living in the villa.
In the future, you can enjoy breakfast at Villa Maija as a breakfast box, which you can order separately if you wish. Together with our partners, we also aim to offer other services to those who live in the villa.
