Apartment 5 Upper Eastside is located on the second floor of Villa Maija. You enter the apartment from the back of the house via the courtyard. Please note that the apartment is accessed via stairs and there is no elevator. The apartment’s sun balcony and glass veranda overlook the front yard and Appelgrenvägen. The entire Villa Maija has been renovated in the last two years and the old rooms in Villa Maija have been renovated into luxurious wooden villa apartments.
The Upper Eastside apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, private bathroom (toilet, shower, sauna, washing machine), two bedrooms, balcony, and glass terrace. The apartment has two double beds and a sofa bed that is suitable for two people.
The over 130-year-old Villa Maija offers accommodation in a historical atmosphere but with modern comforts. The villa has been lovingly cared for and modernized with respect for the old. In the summer of 2023, we will launch a new accommodation concept for Villa Maija. In the future, we will be open all year round.
Each apartment is slightly different, but they are united by a very high quality villa atmosphere. Villa Maija’s apartments are spacious and each apartment can use the shared terrace. In the future, the terrace will be for private use only by those living in the villa.
In the future, you can enjoy breakfast at Villa Maija as a breakfast box, which you can order separately if you wish. Together with our partners, we also aim to offer other services to those who live in the villa.
