Apartment 4 Upperside is on the second floor of Villa Maija. You enter the apartment from the back of the house via the courtyard. Please note that the apartment is accessed via stairs and there is no elevator. The glass veranda on the upper floor has a view of the front yard and Appelgrenvägen. The entire Villa Maija has been renovated in the last two years and the old rooms in Villa Maija have been renovated into luxury villa apartments.
The Upperside apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, private bathroom (toilet, shower, washing machine), bedroom, and glass veranda. The apartment has two single beds (2 x 90 cm) in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room suitable for two people. There is also a sleeping alcove with bunk bed (120 cm and 90 cm beds).
The over 130-year-old Villa Maija offers accommodation in a historical atmosphere but with modern comforts. The villa has been lovingly cared for and modernized with respect for the old. In the summer of 2023, we will launch a new accommodation concept for Villa Maija. In the future, we will be open all year round.
Each apartment is slightly different, but they are united by a very high quality villa atmosphere. Villa Maija’s apartments are spacious and each apartment can use the shared terrace. In the future, the terrace will be for private use only by those living in the villa.
In the future, you can enjoy breakfast at Villa Maija as a breakfast box, which you can order separately if you wish. Together with our partners, we also aim to offer other services to those who live in the villa.
