Merry Christmas and greetings from Villa Maija!
The Christmas elves of Villa Maija are still working on the renovation, but soon we will have more to tell you. The renovation that started in October 2021 is progressing well and soon we will be able to receive guests in Hanko again.
The renovation will be completed in the spring of 2023, after which the villa will have six apartments, all of which are suitable for year-round living. The bed-and-breakfast style accommodation will change slightly and in the future we will offer fully equipped apartments. The apartments can be rented for shorter periods and outside the summer season also for longer periods at a time.
At the beginning of the year, we will tell you more about the different accommodation models and the pricing. We believe this change will serve our customers even better. There is life in Hanko even outside the summer and we can finally offer high-quality accommodation all year round.
Villa Maija is one of Hanko’s most famous historical villas and we look forward to continuing our accommodation business after a long renovation. We will open the booking calendar in January 2023 and at the same time explain more about the differences between the different apartments, so that you can choose the solution that best suits your needs.
It has been a pleasure to notice how much interest our renovation has. The renovation has been a big task. Fortunately, we will soon be able to welcome you all back to Villa Maija.
